*Saturday August 31st - The Gillis Centre, Edinburgh - The Eagle and the Serpent - The Yoga of Transformation, via Asana, Mudra, Pranayama and Dhyana. As well as Garudasana and Bhujangasana I bring in reconciliation of opposites and aspects of lesson-planning in the afternoon pair-work.
*Sunday September 1st - The Gillis Centre, Edinburgh - Edinburgh and Lothian Yoga Association - a day of YOga, not necessarily for teachers.
